Responsibilities and Duties:
- Account Manager contact for factory representatives
- Recommend products to end users and manufacturers' representatives
- Create competitive quotes while maintaining company’s profitability
- Design custom products using existing tools
- Apply product knowledge to troubleshoot application issues
- Provide technical support and customer service support to our clients and end users
- Coordinate among departments and external suppliers to meet project deadlines
- Work effectively in a high paced environment
- Communicate daily with established client base
Qualifications and Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Will train the right candidate looking for growth potential within the industry
- Well-rounded knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
- Time and scope management for multiple projects for each disturbing client
- Willing to travel up to 3 times a year
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with or can quickly learn engineering drawings
- Familiar with commercial HVAC systems and their components
- Sales experience
