Cooling capacities range from 2.5 to 27 tons (30,766 to 297,238 BTU/h), supporting a wide range of airflow demands up to 10,000+ CFM.

Variable volume airflow options and digital scroll compressors help maintain precise temperature and humidity levels while reducing energy waste. Units typically operate at 300–500 CFM per ton, balancing airflow with cooling performance.

DX Cooling and Ventilation Performance

Each unit uses a direct expansion (DX) cooling system—where refrigerant absorbs heat from incoming air as it passes over a coil. This allows rapid, efficient cooling without the need for a separate chilled water loop. Variable speed compressors and fans provide tight control over output and energy use, making these systems ideal for demand-based environments.

Standard configurations support 100% outside air intake. Options include mixing boxes, filtered intake hoods, and rain-resistant louvers to handle diverse outdoor conditions.

Controls and Integration Options

Units can be equipped with analog, digital, or advanced DDC controls. Integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) allows for real-time monitoring, scheduling, and fault detection. Some models also support PLC-based logic for industrial process environments.

Fan speed, compressor load, and ventilation mode can be adjusted automatically based on occupancy signals or system pressure feedback, helping maintain consistent indoor conditions.

Available in horizontal, vertical, upflow, and downflow configurations, the cabinet is built for flexibility. Units can be rooftop-mounted, pad-mounted, or installed indoors. This supports both retrofit and new build applications where space or access may be limited.

Most systems include MERV-rated filter sections in the intake hood or mixing box. Flat or angled filter designs make routine replacement easy. For high-contaminant environments, enhanced filtration options can be added based on air quality requirements.
