Industrial Duct Fans
Industrial duct fans solve airflow problems in existing ventilation systems. When static pressure losses exceed your main fan capacity, inline fans provide the extra boost needed to maintain design airflow rates.
These fans install directly into ductwork without major system modifications. They handle everything from clean air applications to corrosive exhaust streams. Common applications include long duct runs, multiple branch takeoffs, and high-resistance filtration systems.
Complete Line of Inline Fans
Our inline fan selection covers airflow from 300 to 25,000 CFM. Static pressure capabilities reach 12 inches water gauge. Choose from square inline fans, centrifugal boosters, and specialized exhaust models.
Each fan includes performance data, installation drawings, and technical specifications. This ensures proper selection and eliminates field problems that cause delays and cost overruns.

Square Inline Duct Fans
Square inline fans integrate directly into rectangular ductwork without transitions or adapters. Backward-curved impeller design provides high efficiency at static pressures up to 8 inches w.g. Motor mounting outside the airstream prevents contamination in clean air applications.
Standard sizes accommodate 12×12 through 48×48 inch ductwork. Variable speed control available through VFD integration for system balancing and energy optimization.
Inline Duct Fan Boosters
Booster fans overcome pressure losses in extended duct runs and multi-branch systems. Centrifugal impellers deliver up to 25,000 CFM at static pressures reaching 12 inches w.g.
Installation between existing ductwork sections requires matching flange connections. Sound attenuators recommended for noise-sensitive applications, providing up to 15 dB reduction.
Inline Exhaust Fans
Exhaust-rated inline fans handle contaminated airstreams and corrosive environments. Sealed motor housings protect against moisture and particulate infiltration. Temperature ratings up to 200°F continuous operation.
| Fan Type | CFM Range | Static Pressure | Motor Options |
|---|---|---|---|
| Square Inline | 500 – 15,000 | Up to 8″ w.g. | TEFC, VFD-ready |
| Booster | 1,000 – 25,000 | Up to 12″ w.g. | TEFC, explosion-proof |
| Inline Exhaust | 300 – 20,000 | Up to 10″ w.g. | TEFC, washdown-duty |
Construction materials include galvanized steel housings for general applications and stainless steel for corrosive environments. Vibration isolation mounts reduce structural transmission. Access panels allow field maintenance without ductwork disconnection.
