AGET Distributor

RWA Ventilation Solutions quotes and supplies the full AGET line. That covers DUSTKOP dust collectors, MISTKOP mist collectors, the combination chip-mist units, and replacement filters for all of them. Every unit is US built and carries the AGET warranty.

DUSTKOP pulls dry dust off grinding, sanding, and cutting operations. MISTKOP strips coolant mist and oil smoke. Shops running chips and coolant together get the combination unit.

Sizing is where these go wrong. We match the unit to your airflow, static pressure, and what your process throws into the air. Tell us what the machine does and we will spec it.

AGET Dust Collectors

AGET dust collectors carry the DUSTKOP name. They catch dry dust right where it is made, before it spreads through the building. Some units serve one machine, and others handle a whole plant.

DUSTKOP units handle work like this.

  • Grinding and sanding
  • Cutting tables and welding smoke
  • Powder coating
  • Casting and finishing
  • Woodworking and paper shredding

Most shops start with a cyclone dust collector. How big it needs to be depends on how many machines feed into it. A cyclone does not catch everything. Add a baghouse after-filter as a second stage when the cleaned air goes back into the shop instead of out the roof.

AGET Mist Collectors

AGET mist collectors run under the MISTKOP name. Compressed fiberglass media catches coolant mist and oil smoke by mechanical impingement. Nothing rotates inside, so there are no bearings to fail and no cartridges to swap. Captured coolant drains back to the sump.

Media life runs six to twelve months. A straight coolant mist load runs on MISTKOP mist collectors alone. Add chips to that airstream and the filter clogs fast, so the chip and coolant mist collector drops a cyclone in front of it.

Ordering AGET Equipment

AGET builds every unit to order. That works in your favor, because the configuration gets set before the machine is made. Fan position, inlet count, and filter stage all get decided up front, so the unit that arrives is the unit you specified.

You get one model recommendation, not a catalog to sort through. The quote comes back ready for purchasing. That saves a round trip back to the factory.

Units already running on your floor stay covered. We supply replacement filters for both the DUSTKOP and MISTKOP lines, including the tube style after-filters.

Yes, AGET still builds the DUSTKOP line at its own plant. Cyclone, baghouse, and single machine configurations are all in current production, along with the after-filters that go behind them. Nothing in the line has been discontinued.

AGET makes more than collectors. The line also covers downdraft tables for hand grinding and buffing, rotary airlock valves that meter material out of a hopper, and tube style after-filters. RWA quotes any of it alongside the collector, so one order covers the whole system.

One AGET collector serves anywhere from a single machine up to six, depending on the unit. The real limit is airflow at each pickup point and how long the duct run gets. Two machines on a short run can need less capacity than one machine sitting far from the collector.

AGET equipment can recirculate air back into the shop or exhaust it outside. Recirculating keeps heated air in the building through winter, which is the usual reason shops choose it. It needs a second filtration stage to be safe, so the after-filter is not optional there.
